That’s why brokers hire people like Susanne Reuther, 54, from Bergkirchen. Reuther works as a so-called home stager, in German: real estate designer. In an interview, she explains why it’s no longer enough to advertise an empty apartment these days, and how that has to do with the tense real estate market in the Munich region.
