Apparently due to carelessness, a 46-year-old driver caused a traffic accident near Bergkirchen on Tuesday. According to the police, the woman from Laupheim was driving her VW on the B 471 in the direction of Fürstenfeldbruck at around 10:55 p.m. when she drove on the bridge at the Gada industrial park on the left-hand side of the road. She collided sideways with the oncoming VW of a woman from Dachau. The 27-year-old was injured in the collision and then had to be taken to the Dachau hospital by the ambulance service. According to police, both vehicles were no longer drivable and were towed away. The property damage is estimated at a total of 10,000 euros. The 46-year-old who caused the accident is now being investigated for negligent bodily harm.
