France’s Benjamin Pavard has stated that his teammate Paul Pogba for his freak out in the Nations League final apologized. Pogba had heavily criticized the Bayern right-back in the 2-1 win against Spain on the pitch after he had given a weak image in a scene from Pogba’s point of view on the defensive, so that the United star had to help out on the right back.
“I watched the scene several times afterwards – and we talked to Paul about it,” explained PavardCanal +. “He apologized for his reaction to me,” added the Bayern player.

Pavard himself is also critical of the scene in question from a distance: “Okay, I don’t move well enough, but I don’t just stand around either,” he said. “It could have been a little more movement from me, but the same goes for other players. Everyone just stopped,” he said.
The subject is now finally ticked off with Pogba’s apology. “We had a discussion. I’m not accusing him of anything. Now we’ve talked about it and everything is fine,” said Pavard.
