Detained since August 27, Benjamin Mendy has been charged with two more rapes and will appear in court on Wednesday, the Crown Prosecution Service, the prosecution service in England, announced on Tuesday.
The French international and Manchester City left-back is now targeted by six counts of rape and one of sexual assault. Benjamin Mendy has been suspended by his club, which refrains from commenting on the situation of his player during the investigation. Manchester City have also removed all products that mention Mendy.
