Jonathan Kalmanovich aka Ben Salomo, 45, is an Israeli German-speaking rapper from Berlin. His tours do not go to concert halls, Ben Solomon has chosen the ox tour and educates classrooms about anti-Semitism, prejudice and stereotypes. Motto: “German rap doesn’t want Jews in its ghetto! – Anti-Semitism in the German rap scene and youth culture”. In the first half of the year he performed in front of 9,000 students at 100 school events throughout Germany. Since August he has been traveling around the country again, supported and financed by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom.
