The prices are rising – the beer at the Munich Oktoberfest is also becoming more expensive. Many tents are taking 14.50 euros for the measure this year.

The beer mug at the Munich Oktoberfest is once again becoming more expensive: this year the range is between 12.60 euros and 14.90 euros. Many tents take 14.50 euros, according to an overview presented by the Department of Labor and Economics on Thursday. On average, the guests have to pay 6.12 percent more for the festival beer than last year, when the price ranged from 12.60 euros to 13.80 euros.

The average price of non-alcoholic beverages is 10.04 euros per liter for table water (2022: 9.67 euros), for Spezi 11.65 euros (2022: 10.85 euros) and for lemonade 11.17 euros (2019: 10.35 euros). Euro). The beverage prices are not set by the state capital, but as the organizer, it checks the prices quoted by the restaurateurs for appropriateness. The Oktoberfest takes place from September 16th to October 3rd.
