Baywa – CEO Lutz stops – economy

At the Munich-based agricultural group Baywa, there will be a generational change in a year. At the request of the major shareholder, the cooperative Raiffeisen Group, CEO Klaus-Josef Lutz is to move to the top of the supervisory board after 15 years at the end of March 2023. Under the leadership of the 64-year-old, Baywa entered the renewable energy business. Lutz replaces Manfred Nussel, 73, on the supervisory board. Bayerische Raiffeisen-Beteiligungs-AG (BRB) holds 34 percent of Baywa. Nussel has been in office for 22 years and is the longest-serving chairman of the supervisory board of a listed company in Germany.
