In the state government, there is growing concern about how corona measures can be determined in the future – and how they also last legally. “We need a sensible legal basis. How they are called is not decisive,” said Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) on Thursday the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation. The background to this is the idea of Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn (CDU) to let the “epidemic situation of national scope” expire at the end of November. The far-reaching pandemic regulations such as the entry regulation, strict quarantine regulations, the test regulation or the vaccination regulation are based on this situation.
