No matter what idea the opposition in the education committee of the state parliament wanted to help the Bavarian middle schools with, the CSU mostly blocked it. The parliamentary group also walled off for a long time on the A 13. And suddenly Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) announced after the parliamentary group meeting in Kloster Banz that “we believe that it is particularly important for middle school to make it more attractive”. A 13 also for elementary and middle school teachers, the same money to get started for job starters, regardless of the type of school they teach at. They currently earn at least 664 euros less than their colleagues at secondary schools and high schools.
