Bavaria: Third trial in the Allgäu animal welfare scandal – Bavaria

Animal rights activist Friedrich Mülln talks about the terrible conditions he found on the dairy farm in Bad Grönenbach, Swabia. As of Friday, three employees of the farm will therefore be in court. The case against the two farmers was separated at short notice.

The animal rights activist Friedrich Mülln and his Soko Tierschutz have already uncovered some headline-grabbing animal welfare scandals in Bavaria – most recently at two slaughterhouses in Aschaffenburg in Lower Franconia and in the Miltenberg district. The animal cruelty practices on several large dairy farms in the Allgäu only became public when they were documented by Mülln and his employees. Three employees of the largest company involved in the scandal will soon be in court.
