As Lotto Bayern announced on Tuesday in Munich, the winner has not yet registered – almost four years after the raffle. If the right person cannot be found, the sum goes into the pot of new special draws – or the Bavarian finance minister can use the money for charitable purposes. The lottery center also uses posters to search for the owner of the ticket.
