Bavaria: Do you have any questions about the new corona rules? – Bavaria

Hospital traffic lights, 3G, mask requirement relaxed: Do you still have an overview? The SZ answers questions about the new regulations.

You can meet as many people as you want again. The FFP2 mask requirement no longer applies, unless the new hospital traffic light is yellow or red. Children have classroom instruction, no matter how high the local incidence value – they also have special quarantine rules for corona cases at school. Do you still know your way around?

In Bavaria, new – noticeably relaxed – Corona rules apply from this Thursday. You can find an overview here. Do you have any more questions about the new regulations? Write to us at [email protected] and we will try to answer everything.

The new 14th Infection Protection Measures Ordinance of the Free State has not yet been published. But the government has announced the key points: The FFP2 mask requirement, the general contact restrictions, but also the curfew in restaurants and customer restrictions in retail are history from tomorrow. In addition, after the cabinet decision on Tuesday, the seven-day incidence as a benchmark for tightened anti-corona measures has practically become obsolete – up to the limit value 35:

If there are more than 35 new infections within seven days in a district or an urban district, the 3-G principle applies across the board: Only those who have been vaccinated, who have recovered or who have a current negative test will have access to many public and private facilities. And stricter anti-corona measures will in future depend on the clinic’s occupancy, the so-called hospital traffic lights.
