The fifth season “Bauer sucht Frau International” is in the starting blocks. Who is looking for love this time around the world?

“Bauer sucht Frau International” starts a new round on May 1st. A total of seven candidates and one candidate are looking for the love of their lives in the fifth season of the spin-off “Bauer sucht Frau” worldwide. A total of eight episodes will be broadcast on RTL every Monday and Tuesday from 8:15 p.m. The episodes can be seen in advance on the streaming service RTL+. These farmers are there this time.

From Namibia to Spain

Cattle breeder Emil (55) from Namibia is looking for his dream woman. The South African born farmer moved to Namibia for love and is now looking for a new partner. The qualified social scientist pays attention to his diet and fitness, is a hopeless romantic and counts caving, fishing and reading among his hobbies.

Winemaker Ezequiel (42) from Argentina works as a librarian and winemaker. He got divorced eight years ago and is the father of five daughters. “I believe in love and family values. It’s hard to find someone who shares that,” says the theater teacher in the RTL interview. The 1.73 meter tall Argentinian loves sport, plays football, goes to the gym or windsurfing. Through an exchange in Germany at a young age, he speaks German very well.

Hobby farmer Heiko (46) from La Palma, Spain is looking for his dream man. He has lived alone on his finca for a long time and has been single for ten years. The gardener describes himself as helpful and open. He is looking for a German-speaking partner between 40 and 55 years. Horse landlord Johannes (27) from Austria is also looking for his perfect partner. Together with his family he runs a farm, which also includes an inn. The 1.78 meter tall single wants an honest, loyal and sociable partner.

Olive farmer Karl-Heinz (66) from Italy promises a future partner “la dolce vita”. And: “The woman who comes to me expects a house husband who can cook, bake and make real Italian ice cream.” Karl-Heinz runs his own agriturismo in the Bagnoregio valley on a plot of around two hectares. As a loving grandpa, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Pony breeder Katrin (34) from Austria no longer wants to remain single. The freelance graphic designer has 20 mini Shetland ponies and lives on a farm with her parents and brother. Dancing is one of the hobbies of the blonde who is very attached to her homeland.

As a teenager, hobby farmer Tom (60) emigrated to Australia with his family. With his own horse ranch near Perth, he has fulfilled his lifelong dream. Tom has been divorced since 1994, a new partner should be as adventurous and crazy as himself.

Hobby farmer Werner (27) is currently building his farm in South Africa. “I want to keep dairy cows and chickens, make cheese and butter myself and start chocolate production,” he explains his vision. Werner was born in South Africa, his mother tongue is German. The devout Christian and trained chef has not yet had a serious relationship. Now he wants a family. The future should be supportive and “decide wholeheartedly for life and what we are doing here”.
