Tears at the final sprint!
That’s it for now at Thailand’s Star Beach. Ten Highly Dramatic “ Battle of the Reality Stars” weeks ended on TV on Wednesday evening. Behind the TV asterisks and their fans were not only episodes full of lamentations and tears, but also one or the other scandal. Uschi Hopf (82) had presented bare skin, Emmy Russ (23) her outstretched middle fingers and Eva Benetatou (31) would have liked to have had a love story with ex-Bachelor Paul Janke (41).
In the grand finale, however, it was only about one thing: money!
Since musicians Percival Duke in advance already 10,000 euros from the winner’s prize, the prize money was reduced to 40,000.
Still, the finalists fought to the bitter end – and one ex-resident suddenly ended up tipping the scales!
All the finalists wanted this bag of 40,000 euros. The sum had shrunk because the broadcaster had previously made an immoral offer. For a sum of money of 10,000 euros, a resident was allowed to leave the sala voluntarily and early. Musician Percival Duke grabbed it
Desperation at the “Search Stick Salad”
Nerves were on edge right from the first game: In the “Search Stick Salad” a solution word had to be puzzled out first, the letters of which then had to be fished out of a huge bowl of slime in order to put the word together correctly at the end.
While Emmy struggled to even figure out the right word, Matthias Mangiapane toiled in the slime tank, complaining loudly. He simply couldn’t find the “O” for the solution word “editorial office” – and quickly reached for a Z.

His spelling of the solution word then plunged the reality actor into deep self-doubt: “A Z, how stupid! As if I were illiterate. embarrassment of death.”
For three candidates, the “search stick salad” became the last game in the sala: for Emmy Russ, Matthias Magiapane and Peggy Jerofke (47) it meant the end of the KDRS.

However, it did not get any easier for the remaining candidates Lukas Baltruschat (29), Eva Benetatou, Serkan Yavuz, Sascha Sirtl (45) and Bernd Kieckhäben (33).
In a “press conference” they not only had to answer questions from their ex-roommates, but past scandals were also rehashed.

All the former KDRS contestants from this year’s season came together to question the five finalists – and not everyone was discreet about it.
Emmy was keenly interested in Eva’s flirt with Paul Janke and wanted to know from her: “Have you done anything out of revenge on Chris? Maybe even flirting with Paul?” Benetatou dismissed the allegations and claimed: “I’m in here to fight for myself and my family!”

When it was Percival Duke’s turn, a low mood swept the beach. He opened up to the five remaining finalists: “There are four worthy candidates ahead of me.” He therefore only asked four of the candidates what the winner would do with the prize money – Serkan Yavuz was coldly ignored.
He was upset that Duke had reduced the prize money by 10,000 euros (he went for it voluntarily) and grumbled: “I felt fooled by Perci!” Without further ado, Giulia Siegel (48) decided to ask Serkan Perci again – but he defiantly refused to comment and said offended: “I don’t feel like answering.”
You could still have an idea of what he would do with the prize, because Yavuz had previously said: “I have to pay for diapers. So I have to win this thing here.”

After the second final game, in which guessing questions had to be answered and hidden coins had to be found, only three candidates were left: Eva, Serkan and Sascha.

Now it was the turn of the ex-residents again: by inserting a coin, they were allowed to decide who would take the bag of money home with 40,000 euros.
After Eva quickly dropped out, there was a head-to-head race between Serkan and Sascha.
In the case of a tie of four to four coins, Matthias Magiapane chose Serkan, who had impressed him with his fee: “Someone who comes in here with a stake of one euro and delivers such entertainment, such a fighting spirit and entertainment factor, he gets from me this coin as well.” Shortly afterwards, tears of emotion flowed from Sascha’s side when his twin brother Jay (45) accompanied the insertion of his coin with a declaration of love: “You are my heart. You are my love. You’re my Everything!”
A coin tie of 9:9 then made Giulia Siegel the decider of the evening.

She sealed Sascha Sirtl’s fate and made sure that Serkan fell on his knees sobbing as the winner: “I met Serkan. We were chained together. We cried together. I can only decide for you, Serkan.”
He is now happy about exactly 40,001 euros. Because for one Mini fee of only 1 euro he had participated in the TV format. For diapers, the profit should now be enough.
