Seven years after the terrorist attack in the Bataclan nightclub in Paris, French judges found 19 men guilty. The main suspect and last survivor Salah Abdeslam is convicted of murder.
After the terrorist attacks on the French capital Paris, French judges have now passed their verdict. The court found 19 men guilty of various terrorism-related offenses, the AP news agency reports. Salah Abdeslam, probably the only survivor of the terrorist commando and the main accused, was convicted of murder and terrorism. He faces France’s maximum sentence: life imprisonment without parole.
In 2015, Paris was rocked by terrorist attacks, including on the Bataclan nightclub. 130 people were killed in what was arguably the deadliest attack in French history.
