Since Daniel Theis signed with the Los Angeles Clippers, things have been looking up for the team – and for the world champion. The newcomer shows his value again against the Dallas Mavericks.

Basketball world champion Daniel Theis is still in good form with the Los Angeles Clippers in the NBA and has won the fourth of five games so far with his new team. The Clippers won 107:88 against the Dallas Mavericks.

Theis recorded five points, three rebounds and a block in 16 minutes off the bench. Since the 31-year-old from Salzgitter moved from the Indiana Pacers to Los Angeles, the Clippers have only lost one game. Before its debut on November 17th, there were six defeats in a row for the team led by stars James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Russell Westbrook.

The Mavericks got 30 and 26 points respectively from their two stars Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving in Los Angeles, but never found a way into the game and were consistently behind after the opening phase. Maxi Kleber was still missing from the team due to the consequences of a dislocated little toe. Before the game, he reported significant progress in the past few days.
