Barcelona President Laporta: Haaland? “We are on the right path”

Barcelona President Joan Laporta has expressed confidence in signing Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund. In the Introducing Barca newcomer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang he spread optimism when asked about the Norwegian.
“Haaland? Today we are busy with other things and are happy about Aubameyang, who will score a lot of goals here,” Laporta tried to dodge when asked by a journalist. But then he became more specific: “In the summer we will try to strengthen the team even more – and we are on the right track.”
Four winter signings for FC Barcelona
Laporta recently announced the return of FC Barcelona as a big player on the European stage. After the financial difficulties that led to the departure of Lionel Messi, among other things, and which have still not been resolved, the club boss believes his club is on the way to the top again.
In recent weeks, Barca have brought in four players, Ferran Torres, Adama Traore, Dani Alves and Aubameyang, who should help the team climb up from fifth place in the league. After the end of the Champions League preliminary round, the Catalans will continue internationally in February in the Europa League.
