Barcelona: Dembele deal with Manchester City reportedly failed in the summer

The Citizens were basically interested in Dembele, but buying it was out of the question for the English. This swap would not have solved Barca’s financial problems, so the Blaugrana gratefully declined, according to the report.
Xavi starts charm offensive at Dembele
