Arriving at the Montjuïc Stadium as a loser following the first leg (2-3) at the Parc des Prince, Paris Saint-Germain left as the big winner. Luis Enrique’s men won (1-4) against Barça in front of thousands of supporters. But off the field, a fight broke out in the locker room.
Mbappé’s sentence that raises the storm
With a double, Kylian Mbappé largely contributed to Paris Saint-Germain’s qualification for the semi-finals of the Champions League where they will face Borussia Dortmund. But after this victory for PSG against Barça (1-4), the players from the two clubs faced each other off the pitch.

According to information from Mundo Deportivoseveral Parisian players annoyed the Barça players, referring to the comeback of 2017. One of those who entered the locker room tunnel the most excited was Kylian Mbappé, who entered shouting and celebrating in a manner very vindictive with several teammates. “It’s football and it’s on the pitch that we need to talk”launched Kylian Mbappé very loudly in fluent Spanish.

These words from the captain of the French team really touched the FC Barcelona players who were already angry with the Bondynois because of his celebration which they interpreted as a “hesitation”. Indeed, some FC Barcelona players pursued him.

Then, a pileup formed in which there were insults, shouts and shoving. Between the players, the technical staff and the support and security staff, a crowd of around sixty people formed. Fortunately, no blood fell nor were there any attacks or physical damage to regret, beyond the tense scenes in which the members of the two teams fought.
