Barack Obama has tested positive for the corona virus. The ex-US President made public how he was doing via social media.
Barack Obama (60) has tested positive for the corona virus. The former US President (2009-2017) announced this on Sunday via social media. “I just tested positive for COVID. I’ve had a sore throat for a few days but other than that I’m fine. Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and brushed up and she has tested negative,” he wrote himself and his wife Michelle Obama (58) on twitter.
Speaking on Facebook, he added: “This is a good reminder that even if cases are declining, get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already, to avoid more serious symptoms and to not spread COVID to others. “
Barack Obama has long been pro-vaccination
Ever since the COVID-19 vaccines were released to the public, Barack Obama has repeatedly stressed the importance of getting vaccinated. “This vaccine means hope,” Barack said in the commercial, which was released in early March 2021.
