New to the house and already a role debut for Prisca Zeisel: According to the website, the former principal soloist of the Bavarian State Ballet will dance the part of Medora in the classic “Le Corsaire” at the Mikhailovsky Theater in St. Petersburg on October 8th. The audience of the renowned Russian theater was able to see the Austrian for the first time on September 27th in the role of Gamzatti in “La Bayadere”. All of this just a few weeks after Zeisel left the Munich company “at his own request” at the beginning of September, according to the official statement.
