The manufacturer of sealants and insulation materials filed for bankruptcy. 43 million euros in sales, around 250 employees at the headquarters in Neckarsteinach – a medium-sized company like many in the German chemical industry. “The past years of crisis in the automotive industry with corona, supply chain and energy price problems have exhausted us financially as a family-run medium-sized company,” managing director Hans-Peter Augele is quoted as saying in a statement.
