Baby milk supply bottleneck in the USA – economy

from

Once she cried when she spoke to the supermarket manager and asked for baby milk. The answer was again: nothing there, everything sold out. “I’m terrified of how I’m going to feed my baby,” says Annie Malii. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, and her daughter Lazer is only a few weeks old. The baby was born prematurely and had to stay in the hospital for a month. During this time, Malii’s breast milk dried up, so she cannot breastfeed. Lazer drinks a special baby milk so that she gains weight quickly.
