Fresh air or mold? Proper living space ventilation. Mold is caused by excessive humidity. So don’t ventilate right after it rains. Open all doors so that air can circulate. Mold can get through poorly built walls – watch out for openings or holes in the walls and consider remodeling. If necessary, special wall paints or repairs could be a solution. It gets difficult in the basement – it’s best to ventilate here early in the morning, when the air is still cool, to avoid mold. Ventilate your home with brains!
