Aura Skypool in Dubai: swim and chill at a height of 200 meters

Every path to the Palm Jumeirah leads past the building. The art island, which was poured into the sea 20 years ago, has recently had an architectural lighthouse: if you drive on the trunk of the palm tree, the road to the inner and outer palm fronds, your gaze will be caught by a 240-meter-high skyscraper with its unusually sweeping tip.

The Palm Tower is a real eye-catcher with its fully mirrored outer facade and the outward sloping upper floors. The design by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers from Singapore houses the luxury hotel St. Regis Dubai The Palm up to the 18th floor and above that up to the 47th floor more than 430 condominiums for high demands.

The striking building is crowned with the Aura Skypool Lodge, which opened recently on the 50th floor, the Sushisamba restaurant on the 51st floor, the viewing terrace The View at The Palm on the 52nd floor and the Falcon View on the 54th floor.

What all the institutions, which are located at a height of more than 200 meters, have in common the 360-degree panoramic view of The Palm Jumeirah and the skyline of Dubai. But the new superlative is the infinity pool on the 52nd floor, because the pool was built around the entire top of the building.

For a ticket from the equivalent of 16.50 euros, you can chill and swim here from 10 a.m. The 750 square meter space is operated by the Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group. With the new attraction, the metropolis on the Gulf has another hotspot for selfies by influencers.
