The 73-year-old doctor from Wemding (Donau-Ries district) is said to have carried out sham vaccinations in 176 patients in 2021. The man is said to have disposed of the vaccine and then pricked empty syringes in the buttocks of those who wanted to be vaccinated. The Bavarian central office for combating fraud and corruption in the healthcare system, which is based at the Nuremberg Public Prosecutor’s Office, assumes that 314 first and second vaccinations were manipulated accordingly. He is then said to have issued the vaccination certificates incorrectly and to have billed the fee for the vaccinations.
The doctor is charged with willful bodily harm, fraud and knowingly incorrect documentation of vaccinations. A temporary professional ban has already been imposed on him. In addition, the practice of the family doctor is said to have been known to vaccination-critical citizens who wanted vaccination certificates without real vaccination. Therefore, he is said to have certified at least 40 such patients who had not been vaccinated. The investigators reported that this method was known as a “gentle vaccination” among opponents of vaccination. Criminal proceedings were also initiated against patients who are said to have participated in the vaccination manipulations.
