Attempted murder with a cutlery knife – Munich

A mechanic is said to have insidiously stabbed his Portuguese compatriot from behind because he feared for his payment. Before the district court, he explains that there was a scuffle.

It was about disappointment, anger – and in the end about a ridiculous sum of 180 euros: Because a Portuguese fitter was dissatisfied with the work situation at the exhibition stand construction and did not immediately receive a wage confirmation, he grabbed a cutlery knife and stabbed his colleague in the neck with it, who got him the job. The man was seriously injured, the alleged perpetrator Fabio L. must now answer before the Munich I district court for attempted murder.
