Khan out of Pakistan’s prime minister in April

Khan was ousted as prime minister in a vote of no confidence in April. Since then he has regularly taken his followers to the streets. Since last week he has been on a protest march across the country demanding new elections.

Khan says he was forced out of office as part of a conspiracy involving his successor, Shehbaz Sharif, and the US. Prime Minister Sharif and the US reject this.
