Attack on various people in Munich’s Westend – Munich

A person who sees himself neither as a man nor as a woman was homophobically insulted and beaten in the Westend. The two perpetrators are known to the police and are now in the detention center.

A diverse person was slightly injured in a queer-hostile attack in the Westend on Thursday afternoon. It was filmed by a 19 and a 17-year-old with a mobile phone. When she confronted the two, she was insulted with homophobic statements and beaten. A previously uninvolved passer-by wanted to settle the dispute and stood between those involved – but he was also attacked. Both victims were slightly injured.

The police had now been notified and arrested the two perpetrators near the scene of the crime. However, they resisted and a police officer was attacked and injured. The two are now being investigated for dangerous bodily harm, insult, threats, resistance and physical assault on police officers. They are sitting in the detention center of the police headquarters and are to be brought before the magistrate. Both are known to the police for around 20 offenses each, most of them for bodily harm.
