A German Shepherd attacks a senior citizen in a parking lot in Hattingen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The 73-year-old was about to get out of her car when she was surprised by the police dog. According to the victim, the dog was running loose and the owner, who was off duty, was not in the immediate vicinity.
