New gun drama in the United States. At least three children were killed in a shooting in a private elementary school in Nashville, Monday, according to a spokesperson for Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The shooter is deceased, according to the police.
A man opened fire at the primary school attached to the Protestant Covenant Presbyterian Church in the late morning. “Nashville police responded and the shooter is dead,” law enforcement said on Twitter.
Three patients were treated by pediatric wards at Vanderbilt University Medical Center with gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead on arrival, hospital spokesman John Howser said.
