After the violent death of a young woman after visiting a club in Upper Bavaria, the police received several dozen tips. “The investigators now have to check and verify that,” said a police spokesman on Thursday. “As of now, however, there is nothing that would be interesting.”

The body of the 23-year-old from Aschau im Chiemgau (Rosenheim district) was found there on Monday. The victim had celebrated in the “Eiskeller”. Hours later, a passer-by discovered the young woman’s body – about ten kilometers from the club. It was initially unclear on Thursday whether the act was a sexual offense. The police have not provided any information on this so far.
About 40 investigators are trying to clarify the homicide. The police have also set up a portal for collecting photos and videos from the club.
