Drama in Nürtingen: A man stabs his younger brother. Now the police are investigating and the suspect is brought before the magistrate.
Police have provisionally arrested a 27-year-old man who allegedly killed his 24-year-old brother last night. According to initial findings, the two were alone in their parents’ apartment in Nürtingen in Baden-Württemberg when the man is said to have seriously injured his brother with a knife, the police said today. Officers are investigating manslaughter.
Relatives living in the neighborhood alerted the police on Saturday evening after the suspect reportedly told them about the crime. Officers found the victim dead in the home. The background of the crime was initially unknown.
An autopsy will provide information about what happened. Today the suspect, who has German and Russian citizenship, is to be brought before the magistrate.
