This is how the feud with Sylvester Stallone ended

The feud between Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger is legendary. Thanks to burger chain Planet Hollywood, it ended.
They are now good friends, but they were once bitter rivals: Arnold Schwarzenegger (76) and Sylvester Stallone (77) fought for supremacy as Hollywood action heroes in the 1980s and 1990s. Only later did they get closer. They are now considered close friends. At the memorial service of the recently deceased, legendary Hollywood lawyer Jake Bloom, Schwarzenegger told how the reconciliation came about and what important role the celebrity lawyer played in it.
It was he who brought the two of them together to discuss the plans for the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain, which they later implemented together. The “Terminator” star opened up about how much he despised Stallone at the start of his career because they were so competitive with each other. He compared everything back then, the size of their muscles and of course the size of their paychecks.
At first, Schwarzenegger was angry when Bloom also wanted to win over Stallone (along with Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Whoopi Goldberg and others) for his idea for the restaurant chain. But Bloom explained to him and ultimately convinced him that it would be better for business if the “Rocky” star got a piece of the pie.
Planet Hollywood brought Stallone and Schwarzenegger together
According to a mourner who contacted “PageSix”, the celebrity portal of the “New York Post”, reported that the joint promotional trips to advertise the burger joint all over the world finally broke the ice between the two action heavyweights. The hostilities eventually faded and gave way to a close friendship.
The feud between Schwarzenegger and Stallone is legendary and has been described time and again in flowery terms by both of them. Stallone once said that in 1992 Schwarzenegger tricked him into taking part in the flop film “Stop! Or my mommy will shoot!” brought. Schwarzenegger later acknowledged his influence, saying he had started the rumor that he was keen to star in the film, which was later torn apart by critics.
He only did this because he suspected that Stallone would then definitely want to make the film – with success: Stallone was harshly criticized for his role and later even apologized for what he considered “the worst film in the entire solar system, including extraterrestrial productions “. Meanwhile, Schwarzenegger was definitely laughing up his sleeve…
