It’s not that often that someone practically begs to be dealt with by the justice system with an indictment, but Arne Semsrott did just that, and the Berlin public prosecutor’s office played along. The editor-in-chief of the “FragDenStaat” portal must – or better: may – answer before the Berlin Regional Court for the prohibited communication of official documents in a criminal case, Section 353d of the Criminal Code.
