With the new Apple Watch, the seventh version of the popular smartwatch is already available in stores. Around a third of all owners of smartwatches or fitness trackers use an Apple product.

The Apple Watch Series 7 is officially available in stores. The latest version has received positive feedback from testers. “Der Standard” says: “The conclusion is often similar: a good smart device with a larger display and better dust protection.” However, Apple does not seem to have succeeded in real innovation. “If everything is right with your current Apple Watch, you don’t need a new one,” says tech magazine The Verge.

To the Statista According to the Global Consumer Survey, 32 percent of the people surveyed in Germany own a fitness tracker or a smart watch. Of these, around 21 percent say that they are in an Apple Watch. However, the company is only number 1 by a slight margin. Directly behind are the manufacturers Samsung and Fitbit, each with around 20 percent.
