The ApeCoin DAO has voted to approve the launch of a $4.4 million bug bounty program with the Immunefi platform, aiming to protect the upcoming token staking mechanism hack.
ApeCoin is a decentralized independent organization (DAO) that oversees the development of apecoin, the token used in Yuga Labs’ Bored Ape Yacht Club collection and Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFT.

Secured in a system designed to reward stakie apecoin and Ape NFTs, the Stake system is currently running on testnet and is expected to go live in early December.
Researchers on the Immunefi platform are rewarded for finding software bugs. Immunefi is one of the most active Bug Bounty projects in the crypto space, andclaimIt has over 300 customers and has helped protect over $100 billion of user funds. and offered a total bounty of $136 million to the whitehat hacker.
