Anti-Semitic attack? Demonstrators attack filmmakers – Munich

On the sidelines of the anti-IAA demonstration on Sunday, two men who said they worked as freelance journalists were attacked. One of them is said to have received anti-Jewish insults. According to SZ information, the 26-year-old from Passau is known for his pro-Israel stance, but also for contacts with the political right-wing camp in Israel.

According to police, four unknown people – a woman and three men – asked them to stop filming. One of the demonstrators tried to grab the camera from the two men. The camera was slightly damaged and the 24-year-old was slightly injured. When emergency services arrived, the four suspects fled. The investigators are now trying to find out what exactly happened on Sunday at 2 p.m. on Barer Strasse.
