The legal battle around by Alain Delon never ends. After the fight between the star’s “lady-in-waiting”, Hiromi Rollinaccused of having taken advantage of the weak state of the cinema legend by his children, they are now tearing each other apart. Anthony Delon announced Wednesday in Paris Match having filed a complaint against his sister, Anouchka, on November 7. He accuses her of having hidden their father’s state of health from him, as well as from their brother Alain-Fabien.
“She clearly put him in danger,” he believes, adding that his sister “gave him no choice” about putting down a handrail. “What is serious for me is that, knowing the actions of Ms. Rollinshe hid from us the distress in which our father found himself,” he judges, specifying that his sister never informed the siblings “that between 2019 and 2022, [Alain Delon] had been subjected to five cognitive tests during his visits to the clinic in Swiss and that he did not succeed in any of them.”
A person “capable of anything”
“I remind you that on July 5 we recovered him in a more than worrying physical and psychological state. For more than nine months, my sister stopped me from intervening, I now understand why… From a moral point of view, it is abject,” he says in the columns of the magazine. “So I put down this handrail to leave a mark, and also because a person who is capable of manipulating his family and lying to them like she did is capable of anything,” said Anthony Delon.
These new accusations come while the siblings are still in the middle of a legal battle with Hiromi Rollin, whom they accuse of abuse of weakness. The latter counterattacked last July and filed a complaint against them for “violence in meetings […], slanderous denunciation and theft.” She accuses them in particular of having “evicted” her from the property and adds that she was “violated by the security agents” they had hired.
