Five coin-operated cash dispensers were broken into in the last four weeks in eastern Upper Bavaria. As the police announced, strangers opened a machine in Töging am Inn (district of Altötting) for the second time on Tuesday night and stole coins in the low four-digit range. The first departure was reported at the end of October.
Money was also stolen in this way in Mühldorf, Neuötting and Garching an der Alz. The police are now investigating whether there is a connection between the crimes.
