Anne Wants to the debt brake: The little bit of budget – media

“It was fun,” Reiner Haseloff mumbles almost during the credits, “it’s a shame you’re leaving.” Yes, it’s farewell weeks for the public broadcasters. One day after Thomas Gottschalk hosted one last “Wetten, dass?” show of his career, Anne Will went to her talk studio and through her show for what was probably the penultimate time. Gottschalk wore a cardinal red suit on ZDF on Saturday evening and complained in perhaps his last words on air that he was also quitting because in these politically over-correct times you can hardly say anything without sparking a shitstorm. Anne Will was inspired by Gottschalk when choosing the color of her blazer, but no one had to fear a shitstorm after her broadcast. Haseloff probably enjoyed it so much because it stayed quiet.
