In November, Anna-Maria Ferchichi gave birth to triplets. In the meantime, rapper Bushido’s wife has started exercising again. On Instagram she is surprised by her body.
“At 12:33 p.m., 12:34 p.m. and 12:35 p.m., my wife gave birth to our three daughters,” wrote Bushido in November to a photo of himself and Anna Maria Ferchichi from the hospital. With these words, the musician announced the birth of his triplets.

Complications arose during the pregnancy, and the parents feared for their daughters’ lives. But now everyone is fine. Anna-Maria Ferchichi has also recovered from the birth and is now doing sports again. She now presented her first successes to her more than 400,000 followers on Instagram.

Captioning a photo of herself in a cropped top and sweatpants, she wrote: “I was so impatient with my own body after giving birth – and yet it surprised me again and made me incredibly proud.” Today there is nothing left of the triplet baby bump.

Anna-Maria Ferchichi gained 30 kilos during pregnancy. At the end of January, she revealed on Instagram that she still had “ten kilos too much” on her ribs. But she doesn’t want to stress about losing the weight again quickly. “I don’t put myself under pressure. I just love having a tight, beautiful body! My own demands on myself – even after eight children.”
For the sister of Sarah Connor Leonora, Naima and Amaya are already baby numbers six, seven and eight. Nine-year-old Aailyah, eight-year-old twins Djibrail and Laila and six-year-old Issa also come from the marriage to Bushido. Her eldest son Montry is from a previous relationship.
