Users of the photo-sharing platform Instagram cannot believe what they see and accuse the Brit of manipulating the picture. Sandhu proves that everything is going right in the photos with further pictures in the photo series.
She writes: After my comparison post a few days ago, I was really accused of being a liar, people claimed that there are “two completely different people” in “the pictures”.
Sandhu, who describes herself as a mental health advocate, wants to show with her photos that in addition to the perfect pictures on Instagram, which she is known for, there are also pictures like this one: With cellulite and small rolls in the stomach area.
Why is she showing herself like this? She wants to point out that nobody needs to be ashamed of their looks and that apparent perfection is just a matter of perspective.
