The Occitan breeder, figure of the agricultural anger which manifested itself on the French highways a few weeks ago, returns to the forefront to remind us that the government is committed to a certain number of points. Days have passed, and Jérôme Bayle does not yet see any significant changes. “We are still in the dark and we are not going to put up with it for long,” he warns twelve days before the opening of the Agricultural Show.
For Jérôme Bayle, it is time for the government to “keep its word”. “If we are taken for a ride, we will not hesitate to come out very quickly,” he threatens. If the breeder had been convinced by the trip of Prime Minister Gabriel Attal and ministers Marc Fesneau and Christophe Béchu to Haute-Garonne on January 26, Jérôme Bayle always said that he would judge the government by its actions.
More than two weeks later, he deplores a lack of concrete change, whether in terms of simplification or payment of aid and warns the executive: “We are ready to come out again”, he assures on BFMTVwith the Agricultural Show in its sights.

Like him, Arnaud Rousseau, the president of the FNSEA regrets that the agricultural revolution promised by Gabriel Attal is taking place without the main stakeholders, the farmers and their unions. “If we have an emergency, we have to pull out all the stops to move forward and here I find that they are pushing us aside a little,” declared Jérôme Bayle, following an interview with the number 1 of the FNSEA.

After an almost broken dialogue since the end of the crisis, the Prime Minister announced that he would receive the FNSEA and the Young Farmers this Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the company of the Minister of Agriculture Marc Fesneau and his delegate minister Agnès Pannier-Runacher.
