The entrepreneur Andrea Tandler, who was convicted of tax evasion worth millions, is apparently offering a lot of money and resources to reduce the prison sentence of four years and five months to which she was sentenced in December. She has lodged an appeal against the decision of the Munich Regional Court. Two lawyers from the Munich law firm König Gauweiler Sauter will now justify this revision, as Tandler’s spokesman announced on Tuesday.
This means that the beneficiary of the corona pandemic, who earned 48.4 million euros in commission through mask deals, is represented by a law firm in which another corona profiteer sits: the former Bavarian Minister of Justice Alfred Sauter, who also received high commissions for the had received protective equipment during the pandemic – but had not evaded taxes like Tandler. That’s why there was great outrage over Sauter’s profitable business, but legally he had nothing to fear.
Tandler’s former partner Darius N. apparently has no fear of contact either. He is also represented in the appeal by two lawyers from the König Gauweiler Sauter law firm. Darius N. was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison.
