As the Bavarian Dairy Queen, Beatrice Scheitz from Andechs has represented the Bavarian dairy industry in recent years. Now she has given up the task. In an interview, the granddaughter of the organic dairy founder – the dairy products are now sold throughout Germany under the brand name “Andechser Natur” – looks back on her time in office and explains what it takes to become the dairy queen.
