“And Just Like That” on Vox: And Just Like That, Miranda, Carrie and Charlotte are back

Fans have been waiting for this for a long time: “And Just Like That” is a sequel to the successful series “Sex and the City”, which was discontinued in 2004 after six seasons. The new series follows on from what happened almost exactly 17 years later. Leading actresses Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York are in their 50s, still living in New York and meeting in trendy restaurants to discuss their problems. But it’s no longer just about sex and relationships, but also about gray hair, hearing aids and politically correct views.

The fourth in the group, PR agent Samantha Jones, is missing in the new edition. Why she is not there, the series finds an answer in the first episode. In addition, there is a reunion with many men from “Sex and the City”: Miranda’s bartender husband Steve Brady, Charlotte’s husband Harry Goldenblatt, Carrie’s best friend Stanford Blatch and husband Anthony Marentino. And of course John James Preston aka Mr. Big – Carrie’s great love – but a dramatic fate awaits.

“And Just Like That” can be seen as a free TV premiere on Vox from September 13 at 8:15 p.m. In addition, all episodes are on the Streaming portal RTL+ available.
