“In an organized gang, no one can channel it”. This Sunday, the parquet floor of Nancy declared that an investigation was in progress after the Marseille rapper Jul shot, without authorization, a clip in the commune of Toul, in Lorraine.
According to our colleagues fromEast Republican, Jul and rapper KVRA, originally from Toul, filmed the clip in a neighborhood of the city last Sunday. A shoot that brought together some 500 people. It was a question of putting in images the song “C’est pas la mairie”, in feat with the young rapper from Lorraine, released last December on the double album “Coeur blanc”.
Four guards, all lifted
“This filming was carried out without declaration or authorization and there was endangerment of spectators by rodeos”, protested the mayor of the city, Alde Harmand, quoted by the daily.
“Four people were taken into custody, one of whom was cleared. Police custody has been lifted for the continuation of the preliminary investigation,” deputy prosecutor Amaury Lacôte told AFP.
