The town of Guilherand-Granges has opened a psychological cell in the Agora municipal hall, near the scene of the tragedy, to take care of the witnesses to the accident. Ten passengers on the coach, which linked Aubenas to Valence TGV station, will also be heard to clarify the circumstances.
