Among the books read in the summer, which one particularly impressed you?

Ideal occupation on the beach, on a deckchair in the countryside or at the edge of a swimming pool, reading is acclaimed by many French people during the summer holidays. They take advantage of it to devour thrillers, a classic, a science fiction novel, a political or personal development book… Or even a bit of everything.

Summer is also conducive to literary revelations: we all remember having discovered an author, a novel, an essay that changed our lives. Or to have embarked on reading a 500-page book because we had time, and to have savored each chapter hoping that it would never end.

How old are you ? Which book devoured one summer marked you the most? Why ? Did reading it in the summer put you in a better position to concentrate, to immerse yourself in the story? Were you recommended this book or did you buy it yourself? Have you read it since?
